When it ships
Your boxes are packed in the 1–3 business days after the payment goes through. The box then takes about 7–15 business days on the standard service.
Delivery cost

Sending it back
Changed your mind? Anything untouched and still in its carton qualifies for return for a full month after it lands. Steps are in the return policy.
Arrived broken
Within a week of the box landing, send us pictures of the damage and the carton; a replacement or a refund follows.
Putting it up
Most pieces fix to a clean, painted wall with panel mastic or foam tape. Read the product notes before drilling anything.
Looking after it
A dry microfiber cloth handles everyday dust. For marks, use a barely damp cloth and skip harsh cleaners or soaking.
