Scope. Purchases made from Maria Barragan Slat on mariabarraganslat.store.

Time limit. A return request must reach us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Accepted condition. We accept boards that still look exactly as they did in the warehouse: no saw marks, no adhesive, never on a wall, inside their first carton. A sawn, glued or mounted board returns only if it was defective.

Getting started. Email contact@mariabarraganslat.store first, naming the order and which boards or accessories are coming back. Expect our answer, including the warehouse address, by the end of the next business day. A carton sent without that email first may be refused at our door.

Who covers the trip back. Paid by the buyer for a simple change of heart. Paid by us if the order came damaged, defective or different from what was purchased.

Refund timing. Once the goods arrive and pass inspection we send you an email. An approved refund is issued to the original card or account, and most banks post it within 5–10 business days. Money paid for the faster Express service is kept even when the goods come back.

Defects. Spot a manufacturing fault? Photograph it, plus the carton, inside the first 7 days after delivery and email us; a free replacement or a complete refund is yours to choose.
