Who is bound. This agreement binds you and Maria Barragan Slat for every purchase completed on mariabarraganslat.store.

Acceptance. A sale is concluded when your payment is authorized and our confirmation email goes out. We can reject or cancel an order, say if stock is gone or a price was plainly mistaken, in which case the full amount comes back to you.

Charges at checkout. You pay the total stated at checkout, shipping included. Any import duty or tax not collected there is for you to settle.

Photos and color. Product photos illustrate the goods. A finish can look different on your device and may differ slightly from one production run to another.

Linked policies. The delivery, return and privacy documents linked in our footer are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Your side of it. Give accurate details, protect your login and never use the site for illegal, deceptive or harmful activity.

Site material. Copyright in every page element is held by Maria Barragan Slat or by the licensor who granted us its use.

Outside firms. Outside companies handle card processing, delivery and certain site tools, each under its own terms.

Liability. Mandatory consumer protections survive every sentence of this document. Apart from those protections, and only as far as legislation allows, losses that are indirect or consequential fall outside what we answer for.

Unenforceable parts. If a court voids one clause, only that clause goes; the others stay in force.

Revisions. We can update this agreement at any time, and the text online on your order date governs that order.
